Swim Swim Swim
While at Granddad's home in Mountain View, Ethan had the opportunity to swim. As soon as we walked in the door he changed into his bathing suit and didn't change again until dinner. He loved it. He also loved eating his portion of ice cream in order to empty out the freezer before we left.
Evevlyn did not love swimming. She did love the constant attention, being in her bathing suit, eating gold fish for the first time and having an awesome sim hair do.

Asleep
Ethan is in that weird stage where naps don't need to be so long unless we want him to be up until midnight. One day I had him watch a show and color instead of nap. I just knew he would be asleep within twenty minutes of bed time.
Yea right.
When we went up to bed at 10:30 there he was, finally fast asleep. And yes, my children cuddle their water cups while they sleep. We like to stay hydrated in this house.
I especially like how he was able to spread out his blanket nice and flat without us hearing him. Too bad his legs are getting a little long for the landing.
Yea right.

Star Tours
Yesterdaty as we were walking out of church I said, "Let's go to Disneyland."
So we did. The best days at Disneyland are always the unplanned days. As we were walking over to Autopia, we heard an employee say they were doing a pass holder screening for the new Star Tours. Within seconds, Ethan was out of the stroller and the boys were gone.
Star Tours is a big thing in my family. My dad and brother loved the movies and we went on the ride every time we went to Disneyland. I still know all the words to the old ride. I even know which way the ship would turn at each word.
The very kind employee at the end of the line let me go up through the back after Ethan and Cameron got off. By the time I had come back down, taking this home had already been decided.
Ethan has no idea who R2D2 is. He calls him his astronaut robot.
We also went on It's a Small World. Evelyn was just enchanted by it this time. She was trying to jump right out of the boat.
We have been loving Disneyland this month, it is a serious perk of living in Orange County.
